June 11, 2014 the V12 engine is started up!
August 26 we go for a ride!
The Youtube video shows us starting the engine up using the garden hose for temporary cooling. There are a few leaks from around the engine side covers, and one of the check valves in the original AC fuel pump is bad. I decided to use an electric fuel pump for now.

At first, the engine was smoking 
a bit, but after running for
a while it does not smoke at all.
There is also steam from a water
leak in this pic
