Big Aluminum oil pan

Here you can see the ribs that the windage tray sits on. They also work great for collecting sludge!

The hole in the center is where the oil pump pickup sits.

This little box has holes in the side (not shown) and a screen to keep debris out of the pickup.

Workbench- making a "good" pump from the best pieces that I had.
I lapped the body and cover plate to bring the clearances closer to original specs.

This shows the assembled pump with its' pickup and delivery tube.
The small tab bolts to the main bearing cap, the oval flange to the block where the oil goes into the filter.
